These Terms govern your use of FIIVO. By creating a FIIVO account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What FIIVO is

FIIVO is a personal application that helps you track your money and understand metrics such as Financial Runway, cash flow, net worth, budgets, goals, and payoff or what-if projections, based on information you enter or information you choose to upload.

Not financial advice

FIIVO is an informational tool, not a financial advisor. The numbers, projections and simulations FIIVO displays are estimates based on the information you provide and the assumptions used by the service. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

FIIVO is not a bank

FIIVO does not hold your money, move your money, or provide banking, payment, lending or investment services. FIIVO does not require or collect your bank login credentials. Information displayed by FIIVO is based on information you provide or statement files you choose to upload, and on computations performed by the service.

Your financial information

You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide to FIIVO. FIIVO is designed to help you understand the information you provide; its outputs may be inaccurate if the underlying information is incomplete, incorrect or outdated.

Where your data is held

FIIVO stores customer information in secure data centre infrastructure located in Ireland, within the European Union. Further information about how FIIVO collects, uses, stores and protects personal information is provided in the FIIVO Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use FIIVO lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service or its security.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FIIVO available, secure and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FIIVO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on information, metrics, projections or simulations displayed by FIIVO.

Ending your use

You may stop using FIIVO and delete your account at any time through the functionality provided in the service. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security concerns, or where these Terms have been violated.

User consent

By creating a FIIVO account or using the service, you acknowledge that FIIVO will collect, use, store and process the information you provide as described in the FIIVO Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, your creation of a FIIVO account or continued use of the service constitutes your acknowledgement and consent to such collection, use, storage and processing in accordance with the FIIVO Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email.
